Ways to engage.

How we engage depends on what you need. Some problems need someone to build a thing. Some need a senior brain in the room — recurring, no specific deliverable. Some need a named expert deployed for a defined window. We work in all three modes, and a single relationship often moves between them as the problem evolves.

Build is a sequential flow. Advisory is an intensity ladder. Specialist shows a named expert and programme oversight as bracketed work shapes.

when you need something built

Project-shaped. Scope, deliverable, end date. Depth Check, Analysis, Implementation, Sustain.

Advisory

when you need senior judgement in the room

Presence-shaped. Time and judgement, no specific deliverable. Monthly Advisor, Embedded Lead, Advisory Board, Member of the board of directors.

Specialist

when you need a named expert

Capacity-shaped. A specific specialist deployed inside a defined window. Named Specialist, Programme Oversight.

Build — when you need something built

Project-shaped. Something gets built.

Depth Check (1–2 days)

A structured session with leadership or board to read the room, the business, and the technical estate as the independent voice — and name what bet is worth making.

Analysis (2 to 6 weeks)

A structured written assessment of a defined area — AI estate, data foundation, commercial structure, product portfolio, programme health — that leadership can act on.

Implementation (8–24 weeks typical)

Hands-on delivery designed for adoption from the first sprint — AI, data, product, or platform — with architecture and change management built in.

Sustain (60–90 days post-launch)

A defined post-launch presence covering adoption monitoring and iteration through the window where most implementations succeed or fail.

Presence-shaped. A senior brain in the room.

Monthly Advisor (1–2 days per month)

A senior perspective anchored to a specific area or initiative, kept in the leadership team's calendar.

Embedded Lead (fractional, sustained)

Fractional CxO, CPO, Chief AI Officer, or fractional COO of an initiative — for organisations that need senior leadership in a domain but not a full hire.

Advisory Board (standing seat)

Standing seat with regular cadence, strategic input, no operational involvement.

Member of the board of directors

Full board director role, by warm warrant only, where the fit and obligation are right.

Specialist — when you need a named expert

Capacity-shaped. A named expert deployed.

Named Specialist (T&M or fixed window)

Vetted bench deployed by name, not CV — people we know, people we've worked with, accountable to us.

Programme Oversight (standalone or embedded)

Independent governance for transformation programmes — health assessment, PMO design, formal change management, post-launch adoption.
