This website is operated by 20 Thousand Leagues ApS (CVR 45958183, Frederiksborggade 3, 5., 1360 København K). We process personal data when you fill in the contact form and when you visit the site via Google Analytics.
Kontaktformular: We collect the information you provide (name, work email, company, your question, and possibly how you found us) to answer your inquiry. Data is sent via our server to the contact and CRM workflow supplier we have configured as a data processor. Data is deleted after 24 months, unless a customer agreement occurs.
Cookies: We use necessary cookies and — only with your consent — analysis cookies from Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your consent at any time.

Contact form inquiries are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. If an inquiry results in a client engagement, the associated data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Bogføringsloven) — five years from the end of the relevant financial year. Inquiries with no further contact within 24 months are deleted.
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention setting (we use the standard 14-month setting; data older than 14 months is deleted automatically by Google).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data only with the third-party processors named in Section 4, and only as necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries. We may also disclose data where required by Danish or EU law or by a competent authority.
This website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@20thousandleagues.com and we will take steps to delete the data.
